How booking works
The cabins book the way they always have — person to person, by phone or email, with the same families coming back for the same weeks. Here’s the rhythm, so you know where a first-timer fits in.
01
If you held a week last winter, it’s yours to keep — same cabin, same week. Returning groups also get priority on different weeks.
02
New inquiries receive the available winter dates by mid-April, and remaining weeks are posted online. Winter fills through the fall — write early.
03
A non-refundable deposit — half the minimum cabin cost — secures the booking. Trip-cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
04
Every guest signs the liability waiver at booking and again in person before departure, with staff as witnesses. Medical forms cover allergies and dietary needs so catered menus fit the group.
